How to enroll
- 1.Contact us by email (formation@gaius-tech.com) or via the website contact form.
- 2.Needs analysis and prerequisites verification during a preliminary interview.
- 3.Quote and training agreement sent.
- 4.Funding validation (OPCO, FIF-PL, CPF) if applicable.
- 5.Access time: 14 business days after funding approval.
Delivery conditions
- Training delivered entirely remotely (synchronous virtual class via Zoom or Teams).
- Duration: 7 hours over one day, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (breaks and 12:30-1:30 PM lunch break included).
- Group of 4 to 12 participants maximum for interactivity.
- Technical requirements: computer with stable internet, modern browser, working webcam and microphone.
Technical and pedagogical support
In accordance with Article D. 6313-3-1 of the French Labor Code, appropriate technical and pedagogical support is provided to accompany participants throughout their remote training:
- Technical support: email assistance (formation@gaius-tech.com) for connection or tool access issues. Pre-training connection test offered.
- Pedagogical support: the trainer is available during and after training for participant questions. Post-training email follow-up for 30 days.

Employed lawyers and in-house counsel. Full or partial coverage depending on your OPCO.
Independent lawyers. Up to 100% funding depending on FIF-PL annual caps.
Personal Training Account. Use your acquired rights to fund the training.
